How to overcome fear?, now that is not an easy question to answer let us see why we fear and why should we overcome it.
If you are going to think beating fear once is enough then you are in for a few surprises. We currently live in the state of fear and pain that drives us. many of us have seen many examples or videos of people who overcame fear. What is that fear? does the fear drives you? or it’s just a fear you want to get rid of?. Whatever your fears are it is evident that you are going to face it again.
“Life is full of a roller coaster” is a common saying until we see it happen to us. We can see a bunch of quotes and be hopeful that something would change, but nothing changes. Why doesn’t anything change? why do you feel hopeful for a moment and lose it in few minutes?. Because we fear for those changes we are hoping that one day it would change everything. How does everything change when you are afraid about the changes it would bring?. Most of us want to live in our comfort or emotions that hold us back. But why not try to do that one thing that creates fear but can change your life?. Are we sure this fear of change comes once in life? Certainly not.
There will be multiple situations in life where fear might make you or break you. Whatever your choices are it only helps when you face it. Nobody certainly wants to face a lion or tiger and say they aren’t afraid of it. that is not the kind of fear we are talking about. We are talking about that fear that changes us, that changes our lives. The constant struggle or relief we gain every day by facing what challenges us is immense. But we cannot let fear be a deciding factor for it. Struggles are always constant but facing them will only make us stronger.
You can confuse struggles and fear a lot here, sometimes we tend to be brave and still struggle. Sometimes those struggles are needed to completely overcome things. But are sure you will be free from struggles? No. But are you sure it makes you better to face them in the future? yes. No matter how many times you go through it you will now have a better hold on what are you about to expect. It certainly isn’t easy but if that is the only way through it, why not try?.
“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, ‘I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.’ You must do the thing you think you cannot do.”-Eleanor Roosevelt
You need to overcome fear, there is always constant struggle and only facing those fears and struggles will make us stronger.
